Mission
The mission of Leadership Dickinson County is to foster the development of leadership skills among program participants by promoting community awareness, enhancing problem-solving abilities, refining interpersonal communication, encouraging civic engagement, and nurturing personal relationships. This comprehensive program encompasses classroom instruction, engaging field trips, enlightening panel discussions, and collaborative class projects.

The vision of Leadership Dickinson County is to create a community of empowered and capable leaders who possess a deep understanding of their surroundings, excel in addressing challenges, communicate effectively with others, actively participate in civic affairs, and cultivate meaningful connections. Through our holistic program that blends classroom learning, immersive field experiences, insightful panel discussions, and collaborative projects, we envision a future where individuals contribute confidently and collaboratively to the betterment of our county and beyond.

- December 5th, evening banquet.
